CHICAGO — January 24, 2018 — Auctus Capital Partners is pleased to announce that Hemant Bajaj has joined the company as Managing Director in the firm’s Chicago office. Mr. Bajaj will provide mergers & acquisitions advisory, capital raising and financial advisory services for lower middle market, public and private companies.

Mr. Bajaj is an accomplished business leader with more than 12 years of corporate finance experience, advising clients across multiple industries. Prior to joining Auctus, he was the Managing Partner of Rezzonance Capital, an advisory firm specializing in equity, debt, and M&A transactions within the technology, healthcare, real estate and manufacturing and engineering sectors. From 2006-2008, Mr. Bajaj supported cross-border M&A transactions between the US, UK and India as a Vice President for Allegro Capital Advisors. He has also served in various consulting and project management roles at JP Morgan Chase, Bank of America, and Hewlett Packard.

Mr. Bajaj holds an MBA degree from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business, a MS in Computer Science from the Illinois Institute of Technology, and achieved a BE in Computer Engineering from the University of Pune (India).
