Ms. Jiaojun (JJ) Wang is a Senior Associate at Auctus Capital Partners, where she supports the firm’s investment banking activities. She brings over six years of experience in private equity, equity research, and management consulting, covering both US and Asian markets.
Prior to joining Auctus, Jiaojun (JJ) served as a Private Equity Senior Associate at Rand & Co Holdings, where she led various investment projects, including LBOs, growth equity deals, and distressed assets. She played a key role in portfolio management and strategic analysis, enhancing the operational efficiency of portfolio companies. Her professional experience also includes an analyst position at Valentia Capital, where she specialized in equity research with a focus on US and China TMT, and a senior summer associate role at EQT Private Capital Asia, where she supported transaction execution and due diligence for LBO and growth equity deals.
Jiaojun (JJ) holds an MBA from Harvard Business School and is a CFA charter holder. She is also an active member of the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG).
