Auctus Group Acquires FINRA Member Broker-Dealer to Provide Comprehensive Investment Banking Services
Auctus Group announced that it has acquired Woodville Hall Capital, LLC, which has been renamed Auctus Securities, LLC. The acquisition is an important step in offering investment banking services for new and existing clients that purchase, divest or raise capital for businesses, brands or assets.

Auctus Securities, LLC will focus initially on serving middle market businesses across various industry verticals. Broker-dealer services support buy-side and sell-side mergers and acquisitions, facilitate debt or equity securities through private placements, and pricing of such securities, financial restructurings, asset sales, divestitures and rendering a fairness, solvency or similar opinion.
Auctus leadership participating in the practice includes Muhammad Azfar, Jon Doehr and Steven Bender. Woodville’s founder, Jonathan Catherwood, will remain registered with the firm and support legacy clients.
